Cancelation Policy

It's understood that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. To be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

24 hour advance notice is required and appreciated. 

If you "NO SHOW" or cancel your appointment "last minute" within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged a 50% fee of your total missed service. You will not be permitted to schedule a new appointment until this fee is paid.

Three (3) "No-Show" missed appointments will result in being denied to reschedule any future appointments.

Late Arrivals

Please plan accordingly and be on time out of the respect of others whose appointments follow yours. If you arrive 15 or more  minutes late, your session may be shortened or need to be rescheduled.

Children & Pets

Our goal is to make your experience as relaxing and pleasant as possible. For comfort, safety and liability, please do not bring your children and/or pets along to your appointment. 

*Service animals excluded.

Refunds & Returns

All sales are final on all services received. Credits and discounts will be at the discretion of the owner. Returns on retail products must be unopened and returned within 7 days after purchase. Clearance retail is "all sales final".

Payments

Payments are due at the end of each service. Cash, debit/credit cards accepted. No checks please.
